Currently the facilities include two shotblasting bays – an automatic angular grit shotblaster and a chilled iron manual booth which will accommodate up to a 45 foot trailer. Steel storage is secure ensuring a problem free process from start to finish.

Each bay is operated and supervised by expertly trained operatives to ensure the highest quality blasting is completed to full specification before painting begins. Shop floor staff are certified in operating overhead cranes well in advance of any legal requirement, ensuring ISS’s high standards are maintained.
