ISS offers a high architectural loading service ensuring no painted piece of steel touches another during transportation to ensure that there is no marking or damage to the paint. Tube sections are secured in scalloped timbers using straps. Flat edged sections are separated with timber packers to prevent steel knocking together. Smaller sections are wrapped and secured with straps. Every detail is carefully considered to ensure client’s steel arrives to site in the best possible condition.

Quality Control

In house quality control is of the highest standard. Each team in the workshop fills out job specification sheets and signs off the completed work. Elcometer readings are taken of the paint to ensure the correct DFTs have been applied to the steel and the readings are then downloaded and can be sent electronically to the client.

Future Services
